Request for Information
The Subcontractor can use the “Request for information” to escalate issues to the Construction Management, about unclear drawings or specifications.
Capture
The Capture module allows you to link photos and locations, so they are easier to retrieve later on.
Test Plans
The Subcontractor's Test plan outlines how quality and process controls will be implemented for their work package.
Quality Issues
Quality Issues (QUA) are used to communicate deviations from planned work.
Site Meeting
Recurring meetings between the Construction Management and Subcontractors to address issues.
Defects
Project close-out can be stressful, but defects are easily registered during inspections using the app, with data saved for efficient follow-up.
